I had a water leak in my kitchen right after I moved, and Bodhan showed up super quickly. He helped me speak to my building's handyman (I unfortunately don't speak Czech yet) and figured out how to properly turn off my water main. He really saved the day for me and I highly recommend him if you need help from someone who speaks English!
I texted him for some issues with my electrical boiler and radiators. Bohdan replied promptly and managed to come within the first 24 hours!
