I have been exercising with Sarah since January. We have small group sessions at my workplace twice a week. They are accessible to all levels of fitness and a fantastic way to start the day! The workouts are tough but fun and I always feel pushed to try harder. Sarah has been my PT for 2 month now and I absolutely love it. Sarah is giving me back my body and tailoring classes to fit our group needs. I never thought I would say that I enjoy workouts but I do; she thinks it all through and gets the best out of you. i would do anything she tells me as I can see the difference it is making. Would recommend wholeheartedly. And she is lovely!
