Sarah is a fantastic trainer and I thoroughly recommend her. She listens well and uses the information you give to tailor and constantly adapt a personal training plan to your every need. Sarah is quick to spot what is and what isn't working, which helps produce excellent and long-lasting results. Motivation and a little push

As I get older my body and I haven't been best friends like earlier so I have decided it is time to get some help. I have been training with Sarah on 1:1 sessions for about 2 1/2 month and I can already feel that the training has helped me a lot. My body can handle more pressure and I feel so much better thanks to Sarah. She makes the training fun and I hardly realize that she is pushing me a little each time.
