Motivational and Amazing!

I started working out with Sarahi in July after deciding to participate in a Spartan race. I was thrilled that she was able to hone in on exactly what I needed to work on and exactly what motivates me. I was completely prepared for the Spartan in October and have continued to be motivated by her positive energy and incredible workouts she always has planned. I can say without exaggeration that after 3 months of personal training sessions I look and feel like a new person. Sarah provides the correct balance of challenge and encouragement, so one can improve one's performance week on week. Highly recommended!

Sarah has been working with groups of 17-18 year olds at the school I work at. She is highly professional and has a fantastic rapport with the students. She has worked with a wide range of individuals who have a variety of fitness needs.
