Královská mateřská škola s.r.o. is a prestigious private kindergarten offering bilingual education in Czech and English by qualified teachers and native speakers. Our kindergarten practically functions as a sort of a large bilingual family, which does not concentrate just on teaching foreign languages but also strives to fulfill other aspects of a quality preschool education. Children can attend a wide variety of voluntary activities such as different kinds of sports and arts and other programmes aimed at the overall personality development of the child.
The kindergarten is located in Prague 8 – Kobylisy with the outdoor area fenced all-around. In the past, the premises were first used as kindergarten and later on also as a health centre. The whole building has recently been refurbished in order to provide suitable and modern spaces for the purpose of the new kindergarten. The indoor spaces are large, bright and meet all health and safety requirements. The building has a spacious cloak room /reception room. Toilets, showers and washrooms are on every floor. Sinks are fitted with a special security water-mixing device to prevent hot water burns. Common and play areas are adapted to all kinds of activities children may perform during the day.
All materials used in the building and its equipment are of high quality. Stairs and floors in toilet/shower areas are non-slip, carpets are soft and non-allergenic. Bio-wood was used for the indoor furniture and equipment and the lighting is sufficient and natural.
There is also a garden area of 2000 square metres with playgrounds and a maintained lawn.
