JRD Company Ltd. was founded in 2003 and was the first developer in the Czech Republic, that was focused on the construction of low energy residential buildings. Currently is JRD leader in the market of low-energy and passive housing. Our goal is to offer a comfortable modern living and present a comprehensive approach to environmentally friendly architecture, energy conservation and a healthy lifestyle. And thus show that it is possible to implement environmentally friendly construction without subsidies. With each new project we coming up with enhanced technologies, processes, materials and new technical solutions.
