I believe that good health is the result of synergy between the body, mind, and soul. Through coaching, I help clients identify the underlying triggers of their illnesses, challenges, and unhealthy habits.
Together, we explore how to create harmony in managing life’s difficulties and recognize that the root of a problem may lie in areas they may not have previously considered.
I offer alternative and personalized lifestyle approaches while taking the client into account as a whole individual. This includes their current lifestyle, nutrition, sleep patterns, physical activity, stress levels, emotional well-being, mental state, relationships, environment, work-life balance, sense of purpose, and personal values.
I take the time to fully understand how clients live, think, and function—their beliefs, principles, and daily routines—in order to identify limiting patterns and unhealthy habits. My goal is to support them in finding sustainable solutions and creating the most balanced and fulfilling lifestyle possible, empowering them to live the best version of themselves every day.
Coaching is available in French, Czech, or English, both online and in person in Prague.
