Yuliia Miretska founded Goisan Design Group in Lviv on 1 March 2006 and gave it her mother's name. Twenty years of interior design later, the promise is unchanged: a home should feel like the people who live in it, never like a showroom. In 2026 the studio opened in Prague as well, in partnership with Iryna Botulinska — two cities, one studio, and the same question at the start of every project: who lives here?
1. Design Project:
We start with how you live — your routines, your preferences, your plans for the space. From that, we create room layouts, a design concept, and photorealistic 3D visualisations so you can see your apartment before a single wall is touched.
Initial consultation happens online — fast, no travel needed. We gather everything we need to start working before the first on-site visit. When we do come to your property, it's for measurements, real photos, and specialist assessments.
We show you material and furniture options, place them in your actual space, and refine until every detail feels right. Nothing is final until you say it is.
2. Furnishing:
Renders look beautiful, but a sofa that looks perfect in 3D might feel wrong when you sit on it. That's why furnishing is a separate step — we take you to showrooms to touch, test, and choose the exact colour, texture, model, and size for every piece.
Once selections are made, you receive a detailed document — every item, brand, dimension, and where to buy it. But nothing has been ordered yet. If your project includes renovation work, the dirty work comes first: removing walls, replacing wiring, new plumbing. Only after construction is complete and the space is cleaned do we start ordering. Through our platform, you track every item — what's been ordered, what it costs, and when it arrives.
3. Full Implementation:
We manage your entire apartment renovation from start to finish — construction coordination, contractor management, quality control, and final styling. Ground work first, furnishing delivery after.
We sequence every trade — demolition, electrics, plumbing, plastering, tiling — so work moves in the right order and nothing has to be redone. We're on site so you don't have to be, and nothing moves forward without your approval. If something changes, you hear about it immediately — with options and costs laid out before any decision is made.
You get a finished space. Move in and start living.
