Belánský is a small furniture studio based in Prague focused on traditional craftsmanship, custom furniture and the careful restoration of vintage pieces.
Many of the objects we work with already carry a story. Old cabinets, tables or chairs that have survived decades often only need patience, skill and respect for the original craftsmanship to become beautiful and functional again. Instead of replacing furniture, we focus on repairing, restoring and giving these pieces a new life.
Alongside restoration, we also create custom-made furniture from solid wood, designed to last for many years. Each piece is made individually and with attention to detail, whether it is a complete renovation of a vintage find or a new piece built for a specific interior.
Our approach is simple: honest materials, careful handwork and furniture that people can live with for a long time. Belánský is about slowing down, respecting the craft and creating pieces that carry both history and future.
