Global Health is an online GP clinic for people living in the Czech Republic. You see a licensed doctor by video call, usually on the same day, from home, work or anywhere in the country. You don’t need to be registered with a Czech GP.
Many foreigners in Czechia struggle to find a GP who accepts new patients, or to explain their symptoms in Czech. Our doctors speak English, Czech and Arabic, and also Bengali, Hebrew, Swahili and Urdu. You choose your doctor’s language when you book.
What we can help with:
Acute problems such as colds, flu, sore throat, urinary infections, back pain and skin issues
Electronic prescriptions (eRecept) for ongoing treatment, sent straight to your phone and valid in any Czech pharmacy
Sick notes (eNeschopenka) issued electronically to your employer and the social security office
Explaining test results and advising on next steps, including referrals when you need to see a specialist in person

Acute GP consultation 900 CZK
Monthly health plans from 500 CZK
How it works: choose a time on our website, pay online and join the video call from your phone or computer. After the consultation, your prescription or sick note is issued electronically.
In-person consultations are available on request at our clinic in Oslavany near Brno.
