Our recent projects include the reconstruction of Mělnická 10, an early nineteenth century Art-Nouveau building in the upmarket Malá Strana quarter of Prague. The building was tastefully reconstructed and extended into exclusive apartments and penthouses with magnificent view of the PragueCastle. Our current project is the stylish reconstruction of an early nineteenth century apartment building on Žerotínova Street in trendy Žižkov. The project is aimed primarily at young couples and singles as their first housing. It will offer them affordable luxury and experience of distinctive living within a few minutes of the city centre and yet close to the nature of Park Vítkov and Parukářka. With its activity increasing, Euro Ventures have embarked on further challenges – reconstructions of historical industrial or agricultural objects close to Prague yet in the middle of nature.
