Recent reports of a mystery colossus being erected atop the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art in Holešovice have led to speculation as to just what the giant airship skeleton, nearly fifty meters long, will be used for.

A report from iDnes describes the mystery surrounding the construction of what many are guessing to be a lecture hall or cinema; it appears to be an expensive and labor intensive project no matter what its function.

When asked by the publication, representatives from DOX kept mum as to their intentions for the structure, designed by firm Dvorak & Partner, but the city council of Prague 7 has revealed that it is an extension of the building that should be completed by October.

According to Pražský deník, who have posted some new photos here, the airship will likely serve as an exhibition space once completed in October.
