I first started practicing yoga with my mum when I was a little girl and was drawn to the peacefulness and safety that yoga brings. My classes are playful and accessible. Having trained in both vinyasa and yin helps me brings a bit yin (lightness) into yang (dynamic) classes, and vice versa.
I teach both beginners, more experienced practitioners, athletes and those who have never done any sport before adapting the practice to the individual's needs and ability.
I can teach individuals, couples of small groups.
I practice to be healthy and teach to be happy :)
