Saka Sushi, a family-run sushi bistro in Prague, is looking for an experienced and reliable sushi chef to join our team.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience preparing sushi
• Is reliable, efficient and detail-oriented
• Works well as part of a team
• Takes pride in the quality and presentation of their work
Job details:
• Guaranteed pay: CZK 2,000 per day + bonuses based on customer ratings and daily revenue
• Working hours: 10:30 a.m.–10:30 p.m.
• Approximately 15 working days per month
• Stable, long-term cooperation
Your responsibilities:
• Preparing maki, nigiri, sashimi, uramaki and sushi sets
• Working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Ensuring consistent quality and excellent presentation
• Maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness standards
