Are you ready to be part of an exciting, dynamic team in the heart of Prague? Interhome is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Customer Experience team for summer season, supporting our clients at our modern Customer Experience Center.

What We Do: At Interhome, we’re passionate about ensuring our customers have unforgettable holidays! As a part of our team, you’ll help manage travel bookings, provide top-notch customer service during their stays, and support our partner travel agencies to make their experiences seamless and successful.

Main tasks of this job position:

• Handling customer inquiries — managing incoming requests and providing accurate, timely support.

• Processing customer and partner orders — administering bookings and orders within internal systems.

• Preparing tailored customer quotations — creating customized offers and pricing proposals based on client needs.

• Managing complaints and urgent cases — coordinating resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction in critical situations.

• Executing and monitoring payments — handling payment transactions and ensuring accurate financial processing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent/Native skills in English (written & spoken, C1 level) + another EU language (B2 level minimum) as advantage

• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office skills are essential; SAP/Ticketing system (Sales Force) knowledge is a plus

• Excellent communication skills – you’ll be the friendly face of Interhome, even through a screen!

• The ability to multi-task under pressure, while keeping your cool and making great decisions

• Eagerness to learn and contribute fresh ideas to the team

• Eligible to work in the Czech Republic

• Available July-September 2026 (7.7.-30.9.2026, possible contract extension to be discussed in September)

• on-site only (no remote work possible during summer period)

• Competitive salary: 38,000 - 42,000 CZK/month (gross)
