School Activities Coordinator
Purpose of the Job
Oversee and support school activities that enrich student development and foster community engagement, including ECAs, trips, and seasonal camps.
Key Responsibilities
● Organise and manage day-to-day logistics for internal school activities (ECAs, trips, camps).
● Coordinate with staff, departments, and external providers to ensure smooth delivery.
● Monitor activity budgets and manage resources effectively.
● Encourage participation of students, staff, and families across school divisions.
● Assist with internal communication and promotion of activities through established school channels.
● Support activity-related events with admissions and marketing teams.
● Perform other relevant operational duties as assigned by the Headteacher or Managing Director.

Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: 8:00–16:00
Friday: 8:00–15:30
