Sales Development Representative (French)
About the Role
At C9 Group, we are driven by growth, results, and building strong relationships with our clients. We are looking for an ambitious and resilient French-Speaking Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients in the French-speaking market, primarily focusing on proactive outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Execute qualitative cold calling campaigns targeting B2B prospects in Belgium.
Qualify leads, generate interest, and successfully book meetings for our senior sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and prospect interactions in our CRM.
Collaborate with the team and our clients to continuously optimize sales pitches and outreach strategies.
What We Are Looking For
Native or bilingual proficiency in French, with excellent professional communication skills in English.
A true "hunter" mentality with high resilience and the ability to handle rejections positively.
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales is preferred.
Relevant experience in customer-facing sectors (e.g. hospitality) will also be considered
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Good communication
