Physical Education Teacher

For the school year 2026/2027, BASIS Prague elementary school is looking for a Physical Education Teacher, who will be responsible for teaching five 30-minute Movement classes daily and a class in the after-school program. The position is full-time where the teacher is also in charge of monitoring students and supporting them in a variety of activities throughout the day. Start date: August 3, 2026. Campus: Prague 6, Bubeneč.

Requirements:

• college/university degree preferably in Physical Education or a related course,

• legally entitled to work in the Czech Republic,

• excellent spoken and written knowledge of the English language (proficient level),

• effective time management and prioritization skills,

• collaborative and creative mindset, with an affinity for problem-solving,

• strong passion for the development and education of youth.

Preferred Skills:

• experience working with young children,

• knowledge of the Czech language on a communicational level.
