We are curretnly looking for 2 different roles - Helpdesk Specialist and Car Purchasing Specialist with Dutch language.

Helpdesk Specialist role:
Salary: CZK 40,000 – 55,000 per month
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
Provide customers with feedback on solutions and keep them informed about the progress of their requests.
Resolve customer issues and disputes related to the platform.
Escalate technical platform-related queries to the IT team using internal system tools.
Assist customers with issued invoices and monitor timely payments.
Support collection activities related to outstanding balances.
Follow up with clients, conduct retention outreach, and schedule commercial appointments to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.
Create and update documentation, including procedures and FAQs.
Develop a strong understanding of internal applications to provide the best possible support to clients.
Must Have Skills:
Advanced/fluent Dutch language skills.
Advanced English language skills.

Experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a dealership, car sales, or sales/administration within a dealer network.
Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, or Jira.
Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or client service.
Basic understanding of invoicing, payments, or administrative processes.
Car Purchasing Specialist role:
Salary: CZK 45,000 – 75,000 per month
Communicate daily with car dealers in the Netherlands and the wider Benelux region.
Negotiate purchase conditions and close vehicle purchase deals.
Handle phone and written communication in Dutch.
Cooperate with the internal team and hand over all relevant deal information.
Follow established purchasing standards and internal processes.
Gradually build knowledge of cars, the purchasing process, and key quality-check points.
Support a smooth process to ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.
Good command of Dutch for confident phone and written communication.
Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with business partners.
Negotiation skills and the ability to follow through on agreed actions.
Common sense, independence, and a proactive approach.
Drive, willingness to learn, and motivation to work in a dynamic environment.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to cooperate with colleagues across the process.
Interest in cars or motivation to quickly learn about the automotive industry.
