Facilities & Health & Safety Administrator (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Riverside International School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities & Health & Safety Administrator to join our school community. This role is key to supporting a safe, secure, and well-maintained learning environment for our students and staff.
Working under the guidance of the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the effective coordination of facilities operations and health & safety practices across the school campus.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating statutory inspections and ensuring timely follow-up actions
Supporting compliance with health & safety regulations and maintaining accurate documentation
Liaising with external service providers, including security personnel, to ensure high standards are maintained
Assisting in the planning and coordination of fire and lockdown drills
Maintaining and updating evacuation plans and safety procedures
We are looking for someone who:
Is well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Communicates effectively in both Czech and English and works well with a range of stakeholders
Has experience in facilities, administration, or health & safety (desirable but not essential)
