Expenses Coordinator

We are looking for people with basic finance experience or a finance education who would like to develop their knowledge with a major multinational company based in Prague. If you are a finance graduate looking for your first full-time position, or if you already have some finance experience and want to take your next career step, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Monitor payment activity for international clients

• Accurately code and process payments

• Perform reconciliations

• Prepare data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

• Work on individual finance-based projects as necessary

Requirements

• Advanced English is the only language required

• Some previous financial experience or education is required

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to independently solve financial issues

• MS Excel experience

• Very good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
