E-commerce Specialist & Operations Support

We are Provencelia, a fast-growing, dynamic e-commerce company based in Prague (Smíchov). We operate across multiple European markets, focusing heavily on Germany and Austria. We currently process 1,200–1,500 orders monthly and we are looking for a versatile team player to help us scale.
We don't believe in rigid job boxes. We are looking for someone eager to learn and take ownership of various parts of our operations.

What you will be doing:

Your role will be flexible based on your skills and interests. You may find yourself working on:

• Customer Support: Ensuring our international customers have a great experience.

• Marketplace Management: Handling operations on platforms like Amazon, Kaufland, and others.

• B2B Sales: Reaching out to hotels and restaurants across Europe.

• Marketing: Contributing to our growth strategy and campaigns.

What we are looking for:

• Growth Mindset: You want to learn how a modern e-shop operates.

• Tech-Savvy: We love automation, AI tools, and efficient workflows—you should too.

• Language Skills: Excellent English is a must. If you speak German (at any level), it is a huge plus, but not a dealbreaker.

• Independence: You are proactive, organized, and not afraid to take responsibility.
