About the Job:

Are you fluent in English and one of the following languages: French, German, or Italian? Do you enjoy helping customers and solving problems? If you're customer-oriented and eager to develop your career in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you! As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for: * Manage your own portfolio of customers and build long-term relationships * Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service * Guide customers throughout the entire order-to-cash process * Assist with order entry, purchase orders, logistics, deliveries, and related inquiries * Handle customer requests, maintain accurate records, and complete administrative tasks * Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction * Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous process improvements * Proactively identify and resolve customer issues while providing professional advice and support Contract: 1 year with a possibility of prolongation Start: immediately Location: Prague 3
