🧩🧩 About Us:

We are Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registered in the Czech Republic. Our OTC desk facilitates high-volume crypto-fiat settlements (EUR, USDT, BTC) for businesses in sectors such as fintech, investment platforms, payment processors, and international B2B operations. We’re expanding rapidly and seeking a proactive and connected Business Development Manager with an existing client network in crypto or financial services.

🎯🎯 Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard B2B clients (licensed platforms, PSPs, non-EU entities, HNWIs)

• Maintain and grow client relationships across crypto-related verticals

• Coordinate OTC deals (50k–5M EUR) via structured processes (KYC, KYB, rate fixing, settlements)

• Collaborate with compliance and legal for onboarding and transaction structuring

• Represent the company at online events, LinkedIn, and crypto communities

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or client acquisition in crypto / payments / forex / B2B sectors

• Existing client network is a must

• Strong understanding of OTC trading and KYC/AML processes

• Fluent English other languages such as Czech, Spanish, Polish are a plus

• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and results focus

💰💰 Compensation:

• €3,000–5,000 base salary (contractor/flexible)

• Success-based commission from OTC volumes and clients onboarded

• Option to grow into regional or team lead role
