This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require little travel into our Prague office.
This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Support Agent Management: Assist in the management of agent accounts, ensuring they provide exceptional service to prospective students.
Engage with Students: Respond to student inquiries promptly and professionally, providing the information they need to make informed decisions.
Coordinate Offer Letters: Ensure that offer letters are accurately and swiftly sent out to agents and students, keeping the enrolment process on track.
Track Student Progress: Monitor student progress through to enrolment, ensuring all milestone criteria are met.
About You:
We are looking for a Business Development Assistant who has experience in a sales-based role, preferably within the education sector, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Essential Skills:
Experience of working with complex sales processes and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Experience of working/responding independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances.
Comprehensive knowledge of the work practices, processes and procedures relevant to the role.
Clear understanding of the standards and regulations set for the conduct and output for the role.
Understanding of the activities of other areas of the University relevant to the student recruitment function.
Knowledge of Student Finance procedures and time frames.
