About the Role

This is an entry-level Business Development Executive role with no experience required.

The role focuses on spoken communication, live interpretation, and on-stage support during international meetings, presentations, and overseas events.

Written language proficiency is NOT required.

What matters most is the ability to speak clearly and confidently in live settings.

You will work closely with senior leaders and international teams, with significant overseas exposure and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide spoken translation / interpretation:

• Chinese ⇄ Czech or English ⇄ Czech

• Support on-stage live interpretation during events and presentations

• Assist senior leaders during overseas trips, meetings, and conferences

• Coordinate communication between local and international teams

• Support business development activities and regional expansion initiatives

• Help with basic coordination, follow-ups, and event preparation

This role does NOT involve sales targets, cold calling, or commissions.
