BAKR as the leading wholesale distributor of mobile accessories on Czech market is experiencing dynamic growth and expanding its operations into new European markets. So far company covers Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Austria and Switzeland.To strengthen our sales team, we are currently seeking a proactive sales professional and strategist who possesses an in-depth understanding of their home market. If you are a native speaker living in the Czech Republic, have a strong sales acumen, and are looking for an opportunity to maximize your potential while contributing to international expansion, we would like to hear from you.

This role does not involve passively processing inbound requests; rather, it focuses on actively prospecting for new B2B partners and cultivating long-term business relationships within Scandinavia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Acquisition: Systematically sourcing and approaching potential B2B clients in your native market.

  • Business Negotiations: Independently leading business meetings (online as well as in-person meetings), presenting our product portfolio, and successfully closing contracts.

  • Market Development: Analyzing the competition, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with the marketing department to build BAKR's brand awareness in the target region.

  • Reporting: Regularly tracking business activities within the CRM system and meeting established key performance indicators (KPIs).

Our Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native speaker of [Hungarian / Swedish / Norwegian / Danish]. Additionally, fluent English or Czech is required for daily internal communication.

  • Independence and Proactivity: The ability to effectively organize your own workload, take full ownership of the assigned market, and achieve targets without the need for micromanagement.

  • Local Market Knowledge: A profound understanding of the business mentality, culture, and specific market dynamics of your home country.
