True YogaThe Yoga is for every one. No expertise required or claimed. At Yoga Studio Prague, yoga is neither practiced as a muscle exercise, nor as an Asana contest. Yoga practiced in harmony with the body will help you to reconnect with yourself, achieve inner peace and help you to understand who you really are.
An individual approachEverybody's body weaknesses and inflexibilities can represent themselves as health problems. We take special care to help you to recognise and focus on your specific needs; the goal being to achieve greater flexibility for your body and ultimately for your mind. As the number of participants in a class is limited, there is a room for us to devote sufficient time for everyone. If you continue with your yoga practice you will be able to see the results and eventually you will feel the benefits in your everyday life.
Classes for every needIn our schedule, you will find classes where we pay more attention to those starting with Yoga. However, all classes are open to every one, regardless of abilities and experiences in accordance with traditional way of practice where, ultimately, there are no 'levels' of Yoga. Each class lasts for two hours and by the end of the class you will feel you have made some progress. Regular classes include traditional Hatha yoga, pre-natal classes and children’s classes. Classes on Fridays and weekends are reserved for those who prefer to have private sessions structured to their specific needs.
