The Babylon Restaurant & Bar is located in Prague 6, Vinohrady and is only a five-minute tram ride from Muzeum or I.P.Pavlova. You are more than welcome to stop by any day during the week from twelve to ten - and much, much later on the weekends! The restaurant is a true treat not only for your appetite with its delicious dishes - but your eyes are also bound to feast on the hand-painted murals and lavish interior decorations which conjur the rich ornamental atmosphere of the ancient city of Babylon!
Our team of professional chefs specialize in Moroccan, Babylonian and Mediterranean cuisine and our menu ranges from steaks, fish or seafood to pastas, tagines, couscous and vegetarian dishes. Halal meat is also available and we have many lunch specials available every day from twelve to two. Our weeks' menus can be sent to you via email so don't hesitate to request this! As for drinks, we offer an extensive selection of fine cognacs and wines, as well as many coctails, various soft drinks, juices and hot beverages. Why not come round for a cappuccino made of the finest of Illy-brand coffee beans or try one of our tantalizing desserts?
Fridays at The Babylon are a festive and exciting affair thanks to our collaboration with the spectacular oriental music group Layali Karthage and their regular shows at the restaurant. The mood is fresh and vibrant, there is bellydancing, drinking and singing – all to the exotic beats of this phenomenal band. If you have not been to The Babylon on the weekend yet then you don’t know what you are missing! Please be sure to call ahead to reserve a table.
