If you've ever had experience of not understanding what is expected of you in training, or that your coach was simply not good enough…then we have good news for you.
Try one or two group or one-to-one lessons with our professional coaches and you will feel excited about the next lesson! At the first meeting with your coach you will discuss your ideas about the lessons and your goals. Private lessons can then be further adjusted according to your wishes. The lessons are always built using our unique methodology and individual approach.
Our coaches are very good and enjoy their work. A professional, personal and empathetic approach is natural for our team.

However, after a mutual agreement, we can offer the possibility to train in all public pools in Prague, or in your home, if you have a suitable pool for swimming lessons.
