The Piano Nobile restaurant

Restaurant Piano Nobile, which is currently the best restaurant in the Czech Republic according to Maurer's Grand Restaurant Guide 2014, is opened seven days a week with a unique à la carte menu for hotel guests and also for the public. Our creative team prepares delicacies for guests under the leadership of Chef Jan Štěrba.

“I like to create various types of delicacies that are based solely on quality raw materials in such a way that we are able to help you achieve balance in your body and spirit. During my work, I let myself be inspired by the spellbinding environment of Chateau Mcely and the Nine Flowers of the St. George Forest, and so when I am putting together our menu, I base my work on the traditions of Thurn-Taxis’s, former owners of the Chateau, and I also find inspiration in Grandmother Cusumano’s recipes. Our presented dishes are of course prepared according to today’s modern style – thus in light form.”
