We are three friends, a chef and sommeliers, united by fine dining. We chose the name Oak, as it is Britain's national tree. It is the British "greasy spoon" that inspired our breakfasts and brunches, all be it modernised with new techniques and a fresh approach. Oak is also used for the barrels that are essential for aging top wines.

We bring you a proper brunch until 15:00. In the evenings enjoy a bowl of Poutine with your fine wine or beer. Coffee, tea as well as a selection of pastries is served all day.
