Apart from being knowledgeable and a genius at what he does, Joe is kind and understands that for each customer, dealing with an issue with their devices can be really frustrating. He is reassuring, happy to explain the process of the repair, and even provides alternative solutions when something can't be fixed. Definitely recommend him to anyone who needs fast, honest, and reliable service.

I called Joe after I spilled a whole cup of coffee on my laptop. I heard he could do magic so I was holding out hope but just assumed that my laptop was dead anyway. I had a new laptop sitting in my basket just waiting on him to tell me the bad news. He worked on my laptop for more than 2 hours and kept trying everything until finally, he proved that he can legitimately do magic! I had this screen broken on my screen and wasn't sure about what to do. Joe took the time to answer me through phone and to explain me the procedure, the prices and what were the solutions. After that he came and fixed my phone, explaining every step of the process, and his work was so professional and efficient. i totally recommend him and thank him for his work.

Joe is a blessing! Friday night I spilled water over my Mac keyboard. Why do these things happen on the weekend!? with a full schedule of online lessons lined up starting Monday.
