Best trainner I had in Prague, you can train traditional filipino martial arts, such as Modern Arnis, Kali, Panantukan together with Kick box , box and MT. Ivo makes the lesson dynamic and adapt to all levels, he speaks english. Very friendly atmosphere. 2 yers already trainning with him , if you want to stay in shape try a trainning there, belive me you wont regret it.
