ABOUT OUR ROOMS Rooms are equipped with a high speed internet (wifi/cable)Rooms are fully furnished with king sized bed, wardrobe, table, chair, carpet, lamp, curtains, etc) Apartments have a fully functional kitchen with all appliances (cook/oven, large fridge, dishwasher /in most apartments/ microwave, dishes, cutlery, etc) plus automatic washing machine.the bathroom has a bathtub often accompanied by a showering corner. Apartments usually have a large common area with living room (couch/dining table, etc) Apartments have loads of storage place for about anything; be it a bicycle or a guitar. All tenants get a full assistance with their rooms in case of any emergencies. Also, we are forthcoming on accommodating reasonable special needs Confirmation of Stay for your VISA purposes not a problem Long term preferred but short-term stay less than 3 months can be arranged as well Contract PER ROOM, NOT the entire APARTMENTS to move in first month's rent and refundable deposit equal to one month's rent required.
