Our courses offer you the possibility to learn the ancient Tantric Yoga from a point of view adapted to the modern person's understanding and necessities. You will learn not only the Asanas (Yogic bodily postures) but also the mechanisms and principles that make them work: how your body functions, how the energy flows, the state related to the Chakras and more, giving you the keys for a deep practical understanding of the Yoga system and your own being. All this is approached in a modern scientific manner, allowing us to unlock the wisdom that used to be hidden behind the traditional Hindu symbolism. Putting this wisdom into practice, we become familiar and closer to ourselves, opening the doors for great transformation, health, happiness and more.
The classes are two hour long, each containing a part of practice and a part of theory. The full year program covers many parts of the vast Yoga tradition - therapeutic effects of the Practice, diets, purification techniques, concentration techniques, meditation and many others. Every new student is offered a free introductory class upon joining.
Rezonance association is one of the largest Yoga school in the Czech Republic, teaching yoga for over 14 years. It is a member of the international Yoga federation ATMAN. The Rezonance association is a non-profit organization, the activities of the school are based on the voluntary work of its students and instructors.
