Cybex, health club & Spa is first-rate sport and relaxing facility opened  in the premises of the Hilton Prague hotel.
 
Cybex is specially dedicated to maintaining a balance between sport and relaxation. Apart from a whole range of sporting services, Cybex also gives clients the opportunity to relax at its own Spa. This oasis of peace combines pleasure and health and offers its guests plenty of massages and treatments, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.
 
For our member’s disposal is roomy gym where one floor is equipped only with cardio machines, squash court, various group classes as aerobic, indoor cycling, power joga, pilates, tae-bo, aero kickbox.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Cybex is expensive, and if you are a motivated gym-goer who knows what they are doing and isn't worried about the decor then go somewhere cheaper - bbcfitness is a good choice and has multiple locations throughout prague. If like me, you need a nice welcoming atmosphere, bilingual staff, and english language tv channels on the cardio machines in order to motivate you to go, then Cybex is for you. If you like a huge sportshall with 2nd best equipment, you at the right place here. Forget to use Swimming Pool, you have to share it with the hotels guest - usually a couple of playing children and american grandmas. Nothing against children - I like to play and it's funny to throw them in the pool. But that'S definetly not "sport".
