I used to go to one of the largest gyms in Prague for two years and I considered myself in pretty good shape at 5'9" 170lbs and 8% bf. Then, I tried Crossfit with Zdenek and got my ass kicked! I started with Mr. Weig this summer, my first experience with Crossfit. Crossfit is not like a workout in an ordinary gym, there are no benches or stair stepper machines. The workouts are similar to what gymnasts or Olympic weightlifters would undertake. Crossfit Praha was brought to my attention by a friend who appeared to be enjoying the training sessions and persuaded me to come along one day. Since then I have not looked back! Zděnek Weig and his Crossfit Praha gets a 10 out of 10 star rating. No two workouts are the same giving you variety, a challenge, its fun and you get fit as well. Whilst you do this to get yourself fit, the support and motivation from others makes it feel like a team sport. Don't take my word for it go along and give it a go. J
