We sell single-origin, specialty Colombian coffee beans which are roasted on demand. These coffee beans are 100% arabica, planted in a forest, thus they are bird-friendly. Shaded grown also means this variety is not genetically modified. Their flavor is complex and rich enough to withstand a higher roasting profile without sacrificing its quality in the cup. Ideal for espresso brewing but other preparations give excellent cups of coffee.
