Rezidence OSTROVNÍ, originated by reconstruction of a neo-classic city house from the 19th century known as the House at Chimneysweepers, is a new, modern servised apartment house situated by the National Theatre in Prague, however in a quite street without any city noise, with excellent civic amenity and perfect public transport - to Wenceslas square 10 minutes walk, trams 9, 22, 6, 17 just 100m far, 3 minutes walk to metro station Narodni Trida. In the neighbourhood there is a small park next to Zofin and the Petrin park is just over the bridge.
The Residence offers 10 gracious serviced apartments of 4 different sizes, suitable for both short and long term rentals, and fabulous Stone Hall with a catering facility and modern information technology for all kinds of events on the subterranean floor.
The Residence provides corporate and business clients as well as residents´ guests or demanding individual clients with temporary servised accommodation including desk clerk servise, free WiFi hot-spot, cleaning with changing of towels and linen and technical maintenance.
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with every modern technology and timeless design, air conditioned and accessible by lifts - just to move in. To ensure convenience of a long term rentals, all apartments are equipped with exact individual metre readers. The building is protected by a CCTV system and clients have the possibility to use administration support of the residence office located on the ground floor. OSTROVNI Residence is nonsmoking.

"We found your apartment to be perfect for our family visit to Prague. Having lived in Prague for 10 years, I knew that your location was a short walk to the tourist sites, and close for travel to other parts of Prague to visit friends. The apartment was surprisingly quiet, which considering its location I was quite amazed by. It was great to be able to wander down to the river with the children and go on the boats. The apartment was beautifully presented and the lift and air conditioning made all the difference. We found local shops as well as the big Tesco extremely convenient for self catering moments...
