I was in Prague on holiday and had a desperate need for glasses. Extremely professional and pleasant place. Had my eyes checked and although I would have loved to buy new frames and lenses, I decided to save a bit of cash and just have new lenses put in my old frames. There was no pressure or hard sell; instead just a helpful and friendly group of people. Highly recommended!

I had read an article about the owner of the company and determined to go to this store the next time our family had need of glasses. The place exceeded all my expectations, the people are friendly, their selection wonderful, complicated glasses cut for you on the spot, real experts providing wonderful service and practical prices. You can find cheaper but you won't get top notch products. Simply the best experience I have had in 15 years.

When the salesgirl told me her colleague spoke English, I was not expecting a (very, very nice) British man! I was even more surprised to be offered coffee and a nice friendly chat with the owner, who lived in Canada for eons.
