We bought two used cars there and so far so good. I just find it super tiring to be waiting around to be called. So first time overall we spent like 7 hours, second 5 h. and when we sold to them the first one easily 3 hours (with appointment). If you have patience, I would recommend. We received clear instructions on how the process would flow and they gave us a spare set of tires in the first purchase and discount on the second.. nothing big... read more

I recently bought a Honda from AAA Prague. I have never before had such an experience of being openly lied to by a car sales company through the sales process. The following were promised and not carried out : new winter tyres.. one actually burst within 2 days as it was fatigued and old. This is the second car I have bought from them, the last van I bought had 120k on it when I got it and I sold it - still running fine - at 456k. They really went out of their way to help me get the van I wanted and I am really please with it
