Our company has been in existence since 1994 and is focused on both Czech and foreign clients. We act as a classic real estate agency, with the advantage for our customers that we offer real estate not only to Czech but also to foreign clients.

Another activity of our company is advisory activity, especially consultancy for foreigners in matters of acquisition of real estates in CR, investment, establishment of legal entities and other issues related to the business and residence of foreigners in the CR (processing and extension of long-term residence, translation activities, etc.)
