Expats.cz offers a bracket-based system that allows you to have a maximum number of active properties at any given point. This allows for flexibility to cover seasonal changes in property numbers, all at a fixed and competitive price.
Available packages:
- 10 maximum active properties - 4,900 CZK + VAT for 12 months
- 25 maximum active properties - 6,500 CZK + VAT for 12 months
- 50 maximum active properties - 8,000 CZK + VAT for 12 months
- 150 maximum active properties - 12,000 CZK + VAT for 12 months
- 300 maximum active properties - 20,000 CZK + VAT for 12 months
