Online Payment Terms and Conditions

Please read the following important Online Payment Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) before accessing or using any of the various services (the “Services”) made available to you (the “Member”) by Howlings, SRO (Expats.cz, Vítkova 244/8, Praha 8, 186 00 Czech Republic, IČO: 27572102, “Howlings”) through www.expats.cz, or mobile applications or otherwise.

By completing the registration process to a Howlings SRO website, you represent that you can and will be legally bound by this Agreement. No Member may participate where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulation.

By making an order through the Howlings s.r.o. online billing system, you also agree to the following terms and conditions.

You are responsible and confirm that you are the owner or legitimate user, or that you have the consent of the owner or legitimate user of the Debit/Credit Card or Paypal account.

As a Member, you will be provided with a variety of Services, as described on the Howlings SRO website.

Howlings SRO reserves the right to enhance, modify, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, at Howlings SRO’s sole discretion, with or without notice to Members, and with no obligation to Members.

Prices are inclusive of VAT (DPH) at the current rates. The duration for each service is clearly displayed in each section when ordering a product.

Services ordered through www.expats.cz are immediately available through your user account after purchasing. Confirmation of orders is delivered via email. An overview of products ordered can be viewed through your user account.

If you have any issues regarding the delivery of ordered services, please send an email to cs@expats.cz and include your mobile phone number. A member of our team will get in touch with you within 3 working days.

i. to update and develop the company’s records and for assessment and analysis including market and service/product analysis;

ii. to assist the company in the provision of services/products to you; and

Howlings s.r.o. may inform you from time to time by e-mail, telephone, text message, or any other media about relevant news, information, services and products offered (this applies to both free and paid adverts.)

If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you and Howlings SRO nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to your and Howlings SRO’s intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unaffected and in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to Howlings SRO, the Services and/or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
