Originally from New Zealand, I've been teaching language and business skills to adults in Europe for over 20 years. I'm also a former TEFL trainer and have trained hundreds of people to become successful English Teachers.

PART 1: DISCUSSION AND ERROR CORRECTION
DISCOVER: We start with a relaxed talk about your work, your interests, or whatever is important to you at that moment. During our chat, I am a "linguistic detective" taking notes on specific language errors or gaps you have.
IMPROVE : We look at these errors/gaps together while our conversation is still fresh in your mind. I will show you how to fix any errors in a simple, clear way, giving you an instant language "upgrade". This makes sure we are focusing only on the things that matter most to you for immediate improvement.
PART 2: PERSONALISED LESSON CREATION AND DEEP DIVE
CREATE: We put your language needs and story ideas into my Lesson Creation Tool to "co-author" the rest of our session. You help choose the characters, the situation, and the environment so the lesson is designed exactly for you. This is a creative process that makes the content much more interesting and relevant than any standard book.
DEEP DIVE: We do the personalised lesson. We read, discuss, and do activities designed specifically for your professional goals and areas of improvement. It is immersive, exciting, and never boring because it uses your own ideas and the specific topics that matter to you.
Three Problems My Tool Solves:
1. Learning materials are not flexible. They are locked at a level.
SOLVED: FREEDOM. We can select the vocab level and grammar level separately.
2. Learning materials are generic and don't reflect the specific needs of the student.
SOLVED: PERSONALISATION. We create the lesson together so it includes your needs and interests.
3. Learning materials are often ‘safe’ which means ‘boring’.
SOLVED: SPICE IT UP. We design interesting, not boring, lessons together.
