Hello,

An American living in Prague for almost 30 years, I have spent many years as an English teacher to adults of all levels. I started teaching English in 1991. Fluent in Czech, I can explain American grammar to beginners in their native tongue. I have a Czech business license for teaching. My other interests include proofreading, sightseeing in the Czech Republic and beyond, listening to classical music, taking care of my spoiled cat, writing and reading.   • My educationI hold a B.A. in Theatre and English from Smith College, USA. My M.A. is in Czech literature from a US university. At Vermont College of Norwich University, I studied Hrabal's work. I have also audited classes in Slovak literature at Charles University.
