We offer a unique designer apartment 4+1, 167 m2, consisting of two floors. The complete reconstruction of the apartment includes replacing the floor with cherry parquet and tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen
On the first floor, there is an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe covering the entire wall. One section of the wardrobe conceals the boiler and the heating system. The living room connects to the dining area and kitchen, and also has a separate exit to a small terrace overlooking a well-maintained green courtyard. From the dining room, you can access the second terrace, offering a captivating view of Prague. Here, there is a large table made of natural wood and 6 chairs. The bedroom and living room are furnished with custom-made furniture, and unique interior details have been meticulously thought out by the designer. Heating radiators under the living room windows are concealed by cabinets made of natural wood. All windows are equipped with blinds, and each room has an air conditioner. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and underfloor heating.
The kitchen's colors, as well as the furniture and appliances, blend into the overall design of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with exclusive appliances: a premium-class Liebherr three-door refrigerator, a non-standard 70 cm wide stove with three different-sized burners and an additional flat surface for convenience, and a dishwasher. The furniture has floor-to-ceiling cabinets, increasing storage space. One kitchen wall has a window overlooking the terrace with a view of Prague.
The staircase leading to the second floor is made of a specially ordered material and is equipped with step lighting. The design of the staircase and the double glass railing creates a floating effect.
On the second floor of the apartment, there are two bedrooms, a storage room, and a bathroom. The large bedroom is furnished with custom-made natural wood furniture - a built-in wardrobe, desk, bedside tables, and a console under the window. The bed is also custom-made. The smaller bedroom is designed by the designer and is also furnished with custom-made natural wood furniture. The sloping ceilings of this room are cleverly equipped with built-in furniture – a desk and bookshelves. Thus, not a single square centimeter of the apartment's useful area is wasted. The bathroom has a large shower with a fold-down seat, a toilet, bidet, and two sinks.
All windows are equipped with wooden double-glazed windows. The floors are made of cherry parquet, and the bathroom floors have heating. The floors of both terraces are tiled, and the smaller terrace has a canopy.
In the basement of the building, there is a storage room and a garage for one car. There is also access to a well-maintained green enclosed courtyard. The courtyard is exclusively used for walks or barbecues by the residents of this building only.
