In the entrance hall there is a hatch to the underground technical spaces (cellar). In the spacious living room there is a fully equipped modern kitchen unit including all appliances (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, sink, microwave and electric oven, induction hob, extractor hood) and preparation for a fireplace. The house has a security device (EZS Jablotron) installed with the possibility of connection to the guarded agency - the tenant shall organize it himself.
