Multifunctional spaces are now available for rent at the A7 Arena on the grounds of the Holešovice Brewery. These spaces offer a wide range of uses and are suitable for various types of events and business activities.
The spaces are divided into two separate buildings, each with its own specific purpose.
The first building serves as office space or a showroom. This space is designed as a sales and presentation area that extends nearly the entire length of the building. The showroom is divided into three sections: the showroom itself, staff facilities, and a presentation room.
The second building is intended for the assembly, completion, and storage of equipment, as well as the production of accessories. It has received a final occupancy permit for this purpose.
It is primarily designed as an open, unpartitioned space (open space), which allows for flexible use. Near the entrance to this unit, accessible from the central hallway, there is a small lockable storage room and, next to it, a staff locker room.
The layout also includes a separate, lockable room designated for disinfection, which is equipped with a sink. Both spaces are unique due to their elongated shape—they are approximately 6 meters wide, 23.5 meters long, and 2.8 meters high, which gives them a distinctive character. Two parking spaces are also available for rent.
